RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Should you wish to return or exchange an item, we are here to assist.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All products
must be in pristine condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original labels
attached. Items showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage will not be accepted.

Customer Costs: At checkout, you can opt in for $3.98 return shipping insurance that
covers the cost of returns & unlimited exchanges. If you choose not to opt-in, you are
responsible for return shipping. You can purchase and print labels via our return portal.
All international customers are responsible for shipping back their return or exchange. For international
orders, please email hello@jackdonnelly.com for further instruction.
We reserve the right to reject returns, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to
return worn items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any
other exploitation of this return policy.
Items marked as final sale are not available for refund or exchange.

Please allow for 5-7 days from receipt of return for us to process returns. Refunds will post within 7 days depending
on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation when refund is issued.
HOW LONG DOES AN EXCHANGE TAKE?
Please allow 5-7 days for us to process exchanges. You will receive an email notification with tracking when processed
and shipped. You will receive your exchange usually in 3-5 days via UPS or USPS.

ORDER STATUS

Upon placing an order, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email. Once your package is shipped you will
receive an email providing UPS or USPS shipping details and tracking number. When inquiring by email about your
order please include your order # in the subject line.

Orders submitted by 3pm CST will usually ship the same day. Orders places after 3pm CST will ship the next day.

Since we ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee being able to change or cancel your order.

You can track your package by clicking “track my order” in your shipping confirmation email. You can also
reference all orders and tracking information via Your Orders page once logged into our website.

Orders will be processed & shipped within 48 hours. Please allow for 3-5 days shipping time depending on your
location. For international orders, please allow up to 10 days.

SHIPPING

We ship anywhere and everywhere. If you need chinos, we have your covered.

All domestic shipping is free. We ship via UPS or USPS – orders usually arrive in 3-5 days. If you need
your order sooner, expediated shipping is available with real time rates at checkout.

A flat rate of $25 is applied at checkout for all international orders. All duties, taxes, and import fees are the
responsibility of the customer.

If something is incorrect or damaged in your order, please email us at hello@jackdonnelly.com with your order
number and issue. We’ll be happy to take care of it.

SIZING

You want to focus your order on waist size. They are designed and scaled throughout the seat and thighs based on
the waist size. Please reference our Fit Guide for a more comprehensive breakdown.
All our chinos have a 39” inseam with an unhemmed bottom, allowing you to tailor them to your perfect length.
We recommend you wash your chinos prior to hemming, as they will shrink a bit during initial wash. If you plan to
dry clean only, you can hem them right away.
Between sizes? Generally, we recommend you order the larger size and utilize the washer and dryer to shrink them
down a bit.

Raw denim can stretch up to 1” with wear and break in period. If you are in between sizes, we recommend
considering going down a size and let the natural break in process take place. Ideally denim should feel snug during
first try on. The denim will conform to your body.
All our denim come with a chainstitched hem at 36”. It allows for a nice cuff – or enough length to tailor to your
desired finish.

PRODUCT CARE

Hemming- We recommend you wash your chinos before having them hemmed, as they will shrink a bit during first
wash. This will allow you to get an accurate length. If you plan on dry cleaning only you can hem your chinos right
away.
Home Laundry- Please follow care label instructions inside your chinos – we recommend wash cold, tumble dry low.
With repeated wash and dry your chinos will tend to shrink a bit. If this happens, simply hang chinos to dry and they
will return to original shape.

To limit wrinkles without ironing, lay chinos on flat surface and allow to air dry or promptly remove chinos hot from
the dryer and fold or hang.
If your chinos feel tight out of the dryer, don’t worry, as they will loosen up after initial wear.
Ironing- Ironing is not a necessity in caring for your chinos, but if you prefer ironing, we recommend high heat for
twills.
Dry Clean- If you choose to dry clean, chinos will maintain a fuller, longer fit than if home laundered.

All our denim is raw or rinsed once (no chemicals) prior to cut & sew. We recommend washing very seldomly (a few
times a year) – turn inside out, cold wash with mild detergent and hang dry. Some of our raw denim can be stiff to
the touch out of the gate – this is normal for raw denim. They will break-in and fade beautifully with wear.

PRODUCTION

All our products are Made in the USA. We have a dedicated team and facility in Los Angelese, CA where all our
garments are made. We value consistency and quality control, so it is important for all our garments to be made with
the same team – under the same roof. Made in USA is something we take a great deal of pride in.

We source our fabrics exclusively from the USA and Japan. Both countries have a long tradition and heritage for
producing some of the best cloth in the world. This is an important part of our process. We have longstanding
partnerships with mills in both countries.
