Should you wish to return or exchange an item, we are here to assist.
• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery. All products
must be in pristine condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original labels
attached. Items showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage will not be accepted.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days
of our receiving your return.

• Customer Costs: At checkout, you can opt in for $3.98 return shipping insurance that
covers the cost of returns & unlimited exchanges. If you choose not to opt-in, you are
responsible for return shipping. You can purchase and print labels via our return portal.
We reserve the right to reject returns, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.
