• Carriers & Tracking: Orders set sail within 1–2 business days via UPS or USPS. If
shipping to PO Box, USPS will be used. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email
confirmation with tracking number.
• Free Ground Shipping: 3–5 business days via UPS or USPS.
• Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, expediated shipping is available with
real time rates at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Flat rate fee of $35 is applied at checkout for all international orders.
• All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Should you wish to return or exchange an item, we are here to assist.
• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery. All products
must be in pristine condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original labels
attached. Items showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage will not be accepted.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days
of our receiving your return.
• Return Procedure: Follow prompts on our Return Portal to get started.
• Customer Costs: At checkout, you can opt in for $2.98 return shipping insurance that
covers the cost of returns & unlimited exchanges. If you choose not to opt-in, you are
responsible for return shipping. You can purchase and print labels via our return portal.
